We designed the logo and corporate identity for Teras Koru Evleri, a residential project set among olive trees, and produced AI-assisted exterior, aerial, terrace and interior visuals that tell the project’s story during the sales process.
Feeling first, then the building.
Teras Koru’s story is built on olive trees, stone walls and terraces that open onto the view. In the logo, we brought modern architecture and a tree together in a single line; with navy and bronze tones, we created a calm yet strong identity.
Staying true to the project drawings, we produced AI-assisted daytime and evening exteriors, an aerial view of the complex, and terrace and interior visuals that the sales team can show to clients.
